Free COVID-19 vaccine, booster available Thursday at Coralville Public Library

CORALVILLE — The Visiting Nurse Association will be administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for free at the Coralville Public Library, 1401 Fifth St., on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. The vaccine will be available to people ages 12 and older. Booster shots are available to those who had their second vaccine dose at least five months ago.
To receive the vaccine, you will be required to fill out a pre-vaccination screening and consent form. Those under the age of 18 will require parental consent. Please download the form from the sign up website and bring a completed copy with you to the appointment. If you do not bring the form, there will be extras on the day of the clinic. There is no cost for the vaccine.
