AMANA — Visit the Amana Colonies this month for the Ninth Annual Scare Crow Trail, organized through Schanz Furniture & Refinishing in South Amana. Throughout the villages of Middle Amana, High Amana, West Amana, South Amana and Homestead, there are 17 unique scarecrows at 15 locations.
To head out on the trail, stop by the Visitors Center in Amana for a Guide of the Scare Crow Trail, which includes a voting slip. Find all the locations and vote on your favorite Scare Crow of 2021 to be entered in a drawing for a door prize. Instructions for voting are listed on the guide slip.
