It's not possible to mine anything humorous from the Penn State situation. And yet, Saturday Night Live manages to say a lot in this sketch and get some pretty good laughs.

Meanwhile, Andy Fales of WHO-TV usually trades in humor on the station's Sunday night "SoundOff" sports show, but he takes a more-serious tack here on the Penn State story. It's very good.
