On the state's biggest sports stage of the year, Iowa safety Tyler Sash picked off three passes, led Iowa with 10 tackles, made two tackles for loss and forced a fumble that Iowa turned into seven points.
He's going to get Big Ten defensive player of the week (unless someone at Michigan did something really, really cool). The question is if he should get national D player of the week.
I don't have a vote, but I am on the Ray Guy Award committee. So, I have that going for me.
