Video -- DJK: High hopes and expectations for 2010

This ends my weekend of  blog posts about Iowa wide receiver Derrell Johnson-Koulianos. He graciously agreed to be videotaped back in late June, talking about his hopes for himself and the Hawkeyes football team in 2010.

You'll probably need to turn up your volume after the loud interviewee is done with his opening question. You should be able to hear Johnson-Koulianos fine if you do. Sorry about that, folks. As a cinematographer, I'm still like a fish trying to ride a bicycle. But I'm trying.

After this post, it's on to the Big Ten media days in Chicago, which begin Monday morning. Gazetteonline will be chock full of material from the event for the next couple days.

 I'm actually a stone's throw from the Eisenhower Expressway as I type this. Or is it the Kennedy? Or the Edens? Or the Dan Ryan? How do they keep this stuff straight?
