CEDAR RAPIDS -- I drove home through the night, through two hours of lightning, through pockets of hard rain. Too wired to sleep, I turned on the TV. Oh mercy, the tail end of the Texas-Iowa State football game was on ESPNU. I had to watch. Then I had to go to the Tweety, as Craig Ferguson calls Twitter.
