The reason I do these videos is so you can have a sense of who the players are. I hope you get that from these. I'm a huge Chicago Blackhawks fan and hockey in general. I have no idea what a lot players sound like or if they even know English.
I hope these leave you feeling as if you know a little about the players. It's safe to assume this is not Kirk Ferentz's favorite thing about being a coach. Some players enjoy this and can handle it. Some good examples of that here today.
RB Marcus Coker
Does Iowa need a steady No. 2 running back?
QB James Vandenberg
Asked about taking care of the ball, he said, "I haven't done anything yet to win a game."
TE Brad Herman
He burned his redshirt for the cause and doesn't regret it.
CB Greg Castillo
Contain isn't just the D-line, it's the entire defense.
DE Lebron Daniel
"Someone has to step up and make a play."
LB Christian Kirksey
He's going to be one of your faves if he's not already.
DT Mike Daniel
The fifth-year senior talks "two gap" technique. Good stuff for the football nerds (like me).
We've arrived at this point of the season.
