'Tragedy floods Big Ten's nicest folks'

Sounds like Kinnick Stadium is going to become the Iowa City and University of Iowa police departments west with the closing of the Benton Street bridge and possible closing of the Burlington Street bridge. Both police departments have set up in Kinnick, including holding cells. The Johnson County ambulance service might also set in or around Kinnick.
Iowa sports camps have been shut down for two weeks, that's been out for a couple days. This includes football and boys' basketball. Also, with non-essential employees given next week off, Iowa football will likely suspend summer workouts next week as the UI tries to get its bearings. Summer workouts are 7-on-7 passing drills, sprints, weights, agility drills and whatever else strength and conditioning coach Chris Doyle throws at them. Last week was the second week of drills.
