Tonight's Michigan State-Iowa game in doubt

Iowa's men's basketball game tonight against Michigan State is in doubt after a massive snowstorm pummeled the region on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Iowa officials are expected to make a decision about the game later Wednesday morning or early afternoon, assistant sports information director Matt Weitzel said Wednesday morning. The Hawkeyes are scheduled to play the Spartans at 7:30 tonight at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
Iowa authorities have advised drivers against travel and temperatures project to fall near zero degrees tonight. At 10 a.m. the wind chill factor was minus-12 degrees, according to www.KCRG.com. Most areas of Eastern Iowa were hit with at least 10 inches of snow.
Michigan State players and coaches arrived at Eastern Iowa Airport around 2:30 p .m. Tuesday.
