OK, we're off to live blog. Thanks for reading.
-- Team drill: Josh Koeppel gets the start at guard. MacMillan and Gettis were with the 2s. The outside linebacker today is senior Troy Johnson. Only changes.
Second team OL today was Tobin, Gettis, Boffeli, MacMillan and Van Sloten.
-- Eye-test winners: Freshman safety (I think he's a safety) Anthony Hitchens looks like a football player should look in a uniform. DT Carl Davis, too. Dakota Getz looks the part of a prototypical Iowa outside linebacker.
-- WR Colin Sandeman is out there. He's a senior. It'd take a ton to keep him away today.
-- Kickers out on the field. Senior Daniel Murray makes his final appearance in Kinnick. He'll leave the University of Iowa with an engineering degree and an MBA. He is a winner.
-- Stanzi and the QBs are out. He's wearing black and gold.
-- As far as injuries go, the following are iffy WR Colin Sandeman (ankle), OL Adam Gettis (ankle) and OL Nolan MacMillan (shoulder). Linebacker Jeff Tarpinian is out. He's got the stinger and it hasn't gone away. He might be back for the bowl game and he's holding out hope for next week, too.
-- It seems dead down here today. I left about a half hour later than I thought I should've and cruised right in.
-- The Outback and Capital One Bowls are here looking at Iowa, presumably. The Sugar Bowl is here and I'm listening to the Ohio State media discuss the fun of New Orleans. This feels like an assumed victory.
-- No time set for Minnesota. There are three windows left, 11 a.m. ESPN, 2:30 ESPN and 2:30 BTN. My money's on 2:30 BTN.
