The SportsDesk webcast -- Leaving early is here to stay

Did "The SportsDesk" with John Campbell and Mike Hlas today.

The topics was the wayward running backs and their news today and Hawkeyes coming and going to the NFL draft.

Iowa went 2-for-3 on early entries this season, with safety Tyler Sash leaving to chase the NFL draft and WR Marvin McNutt and CB Shaun Prater staying in Iowa City.

Here's a post from the site "Mocking the Draft" that has Sash going as early as the second round and calling him possibly the top strong safety available.

Basically, the consensus we reached was do what you have to do. There are all sorts of calculations these guys are forced to make. In the end, they have to do what's in their hearts.
