The Sports Desk: Let's talk about a game . . . finally

Hey, we finally have a game to talk about. Hello, Tennessee Tech and thank you for bringing an official end to the "horse lattitudes."

Scott Dochterman and Marc Morehouse brought a taste of the "On Iowa" podcast to the web with today's Sports Desk.

We're calling Saturday a victory for the Hawkeyes. Tech is picked fifth in the Ohio Valley Conference preseason poll. Iowa should walk away with this one rather handily.

What do you need to see out of Iowa's offense? A consistent James Vandenberg? A persistent push up front? And how about the defense? You can get granular with the D-line, the undisputed hot spot heading into 2011.
