The Insight Bowl is no more

Was it the fallen Skycam that scared Insight Enterprises Inc., out of the bowl business?

Or was it the realization that sponsoring a bowl game that starts at 10 p.m., Eastern time, may not be the optimal promotional move?

Whatever its reason, Insight is out of the Insight Bowl, and so the Insight Bowl is a bowl with no name for the time being.

Iowa played in the 2010 and 2011 Insight Bowls. Iowa State was in the 2000 Insight.com Bowl and 2009 Insight Bowl.

The Fiesta Bowl, which owns and operates the _____ Bowl, is now looking for a new sponsor. Do not send your applications here.
