The coaching carousel takes another turn

After Norm Parker announced in December he would retire following the bowl game, longtime defensive backs coach Phil Parker (no relation) seemed a likely candidate to replace Norm as Iowa's defensive coordinator. After many weeks of speculation, the younger Parker was officially named defensive coordinator last week amidst a flurry of changes on the Hawks' coaching staff. For the coaches who were retained, what will they bring to their new positions? And who can we expect to see fill the three open spots still on Iowa's staff?
