KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Royce White's been misunderstood and mislabeled.

ISU's first-team all-Big 12 forward has mentioned the misnomer a few times - and revels in how he and his fellow similarly-described Cyclone transfers have turned it inside out.

"It's comical," White said of being doubted and bad-mouthed. "It's funny to me. But I'm sure for the guys it feels good to get that monkey of their back because, like I've been saying all year, I think those guys got that title moreso because of me, which is unfair."
