Ricky Stanzi finally has positive career yardage ... rushing yardage, that is

Iowa quarterback Ricky Stanzi had been in the red.
Coming into last Saturday's game against Michigan State, Stanzi had 145 career rushes for minus-12 yards.
But Stanzi peeled off a 26-yard run that might have gotten more postgame attention were it not for the daring of Tyler Sash's lateral to Micah Hyde that resulted in an interception returned for a touchdown. It was Stanzi's career-long rush.
That made it 146 carries for Stanzi, and 14 net rushing yards. It also put him at 12 rushing yards for 2010.
So Stanzi's career numbers are: 6,295 passing yards, 14 rushing yards. In college ball, sacks count as rushing yards subtracted from the player sacked. Stanzi has gained 431 yards rushing, but has lost 417 from tackles behind the line scrimmage.
He also had his 50th career TD pass Saturday. And his numbers of 19 TD throws and just two interceptions give him the best TD-INT ratio of any quarterback in the nation averaging 15 pass attempts per game.
Stanzi is second only to Boise State's Kellen Moore in NCAA FBS passing efficiency. He has completed 68.53 percent of his passes, eighth-best in the nation.
