Report: UNI safety Quentin Scott to sign with Chicago

Northern Iowa safety Quentin Scott will sign a free-agent deal with the Chicago Bears, the Chicago Tribune reported today. Scott (6-3, 220) worked out privately for the Bears before the draft.
