PCA meeting to discuss includes reports from football doctor, football ticket prices
Today's University of Iowa Presidential Committee on Athletics meeting will include reports from Dr. Ned Amendola and Terry Noonan, according to the group's agenda.
Amendola is the football team doctor and director of UI's sports medicine clinic. Noonan is the director of athletic training. It is undetermined if the discussion will center around the condition of 13 football players who were hospitalized last month for rhabdomyolysis.
The PCA also will discuss football ticket prices for the 2011 season and provide a construction update on Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
