Odds of Iowa winning the 2011 Big Ten football title apparently are 20-1

Multiple sources have Iowa at 20-1 to win the Big Ten football title this year.
I'm not here to tell you if that's a great bargain or an opportunity to toss cash into a sewer. I'm better at answering such questions after a game or season has been played. For instance, I really think you should have taken your nest egg last August and bet it on Green Bay to win the NFL title. I really think that now, anyhow.
According to this page at Sportsbook.com, every dollar bet there on the Hawkeyes to win the initital Big Ten championship game will get you 20 ... if they win it.
You can get the same odds on Illinois. Go figure.
The lowest odds? Every dollar bet on Nebraska would only return $1.60 (8-5 odds). Wisconsin is a close second at 2-1. Ohio State is 5-1, Penn State and Michigan State 7-1, Michigan 18-1, Northwestern 25-1, Purdue 50-1, Indiana and Minnesota 100-1.
The same site pegs Iowa at 80-1 to win the BCS title, while Illinois is 200-1. I guess they figure Iowa would be far more likely to win the BCS title game than the Illini. Or something.
Alabama and Oklahoma are co-favorites at 9-2.
But back to the Hawkeyes. My question to you good people is this: If you could make a legal wager on Iowa at 20-1 to win the Big Ten a) would you? and b) How much would you wager? (No amounts less than $1 or more than your net worth, please)
