If Kurt Warner's life story becomes a movie, who plays him?

Bernie Miklasz of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports here that former Cedar Rapids Regis/Northern Iowa/you-know-the-rest quarterback Kurt Warner has been approached by a Hollywood producer about making a movie about his storybook life.
Miklasz, one of the Midwest's best in the sportswriting racket, offers these casting suggestions:
For the role of Kurt: St. Louisan Jon Hamm, Jim Caviezel or Josh Brolin. Hilary Swank as Brenda Warner. William Peterson as Dick Vermeil. Ed Begley Jr. as Mad Mike Martz. And Linda Evans as Georgia Frontiere.
I'll let you cast Kurt's role using Miklasz's suggestions.
Kurt Warner
Jon Hamm
Jim Caviezel
Josh Brolin
