Hey Hawkeye football fans: Who would you like to play and where?

The news is out that Notre Dame will play Army in football at Yankee Stadium in November 2010.
Which got me thinking. Knowing great nonconference matchups are almost an endangered species in college football and that superpowers won't give up a home gate for a neutral-site clash ... If you were the Biggest Boss of Planet Earth and an Iowa fan, who would you like to see your team play on a neutral site?
Let's be reasonable here. Iowa vs. Florida in Rome's Coliseum is asking a bit much. Plus, the seats are probably uncomfortable, and there are no DiamondVision HD scoreboards. So I'll trot out a few suggestions and you can come up with something better when I'm done.
Iowa vs. Kansas at Arrowhead Stadium. The Hawkeyes did this once, against Kansas State in 2000, but that was when K-State was really good and Iowa wasn't. Kansas would have a homefield edge, but you know Iowa would bring enough people to fill half the stadium if given half the tickets. They're two solid programs. It would be an event in Kansas City.
Iowa vs. Notre Dame at Soldier Field or Lucas Oil Stadium. Can you imagine the demand for tickets if the Hawkeyes and Irish hooked up in Chicago or Indianapolis?
Iowa vs. Oklahoma in Cowboys Stadium. The Sooners would have a lot more folks there than the Hawkeyes, but what a scene it would be. Oklahoma is helping break in the Cowboys' brand-new colossus on Sept. 5 with a game against BYU.
Now it's your turn. Remember, no games in Rome.
The Coliseum - not ideal for college football
