Hawk Auction Item No. 36 -- '77 media guide

We're stepping up a weight class today with the "action guides." Today's items are ancient and, in my opinion, works of art.
I'm tempted to keep all of these, frame them and put it up in my house somewhere. But that would be against the spirit of the thing (yes, after 18 years and two months of sportswriting, I just used the Dickie Dunn line) and wouldn't do anything for Camp Courageous.
So, against my better judgment (read: avarice), today's items are for the true collectors.
We'll start with the 1977 media guide (Dean Moore on the cover). These are all from a weird, wild and un-winning time of Iowa football, but they are works of art if you're into kitschy stuff like I am.
I have 1970 to 1975 and then '77 and '78. Someone really must've dug the bicentennial.
These are all in pretty good shape. They are smaller than the modern media guides. Almost like they're made to fit into a golf bag.
Bidding starts at at $20. It will end noon Friday.
This is open bidding here on this blog. I'll give each item 24 hours from the time it's posted. I'll post when that is so everyone knows when to jump in with their last-minute flurry bids.
Send the money to my PayPal account (mwmorehouse@hotmail.com). Once I get the money, I'll mail your item.
The proceeds will go to Camp Courageous, a year-round respite care and recreational facility for individuals of all ages with disabilities located southeast of Monticello.
Thanks!
