GALLERY: No. 13 Wisconsin holds off Iowa in overtime

No. 13 Wisconsin escaped Carver-Hawkeye Arena with a 62-59 win in overtime Wednesday.
Jordan Taylor hit 1 of 2 free throws with 7.6 seconds left to give the Badgers the deciding margin. Iowa went down the length of the floor but Bryce Cartwright's 3-point attempt was short at the buzzer.
Reigning Big Ten Player of the Week Jon Leuer scored 19 points and grabbed 15 rebounds for the Badgers (18-5, 8-3 Big Ten). Iowa ended its two-game win streak and falls to 10-14 (3-9 Big Ten).
In regulation, Taylor drilled a jumper with 28 seconds left to tie the game at 53-53. Cartwright missed a jumper with 2 seconds left to send it into overtime.
Cartwright led Iowa with 14 points, while Melsahn Basabe scored 13 for the Hawkeyes. Basabe had his sixth double-double this year, pulling down 11 rebounds. Jarryd Cole also had a double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds.
