DJK's message to the people
Mike Hlas Nov. 15, 2010 7:23 pm
No, I haven't spoken with Derrell Johnson-Koulianos lately. But, like thousands of others, I read what he posts on Facebook.
His muse is Kanye West. Mine is Larry David. It's all good.
Monday, the Iowa wide receiver posted this statement to his followers on Facebook:
It's crazy to think that I'm about to play my last home game as a Hawkeye. These past five years have certainly flown by. We've had a few disappointing losses this season, but make no mistake, I'm going to give Kinnick a proper send off this Saturday. My home state Buckeyes are in town, and I couldnt' dream up a better Senior Day scenario. Stay positive, Hawks! I'LL BLEED BLACK AND YELLOW TIL DEATH!
