Coe College and Cornell College's football can claim 'victories' over Iowa and Ohio State in 2009

Big Ten football teams don't play Division III football teams. Yet.
But the Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon has nothing on college football when it comes to links and associations.
For instance, did you know that via comparative scores, the Kohawks of Coe College "beat" both Ohio State and Iowa in 2009? Of course not, that's why I'm using this bandwith on this topic.
Without any further ado, here are the 20 Degrees of Coe and Iowa:
Coe beat

Coe was a D-III playoff team. Cornell College, however, went just 2-8. Yet, it can claim superiority over the Buckeyes and Hawkeyes. Well, not superiority.

To be a spoilsport about it, you can also make the case Iowa "got the best" of Cornell in football in '09. Naturally, it involves Dixie State and Azusa Pacific. Here it is:

Iowa traveled a much different road to claim it topped Coe. As you would expect, it involves Cumberlands and Mary Hardin-Baylor.

Whenever I do this, someone always wonders how I could possibly have done so much reserach. That someone is never anyone who knows me.
Nay, I rely on
this strange and wondrous Web site. The Internet is a magical place, my babies.
