Cezar Guerrero, we barely knew ye

So ends the magical, mysterious recruitment of Bellflower, Calif., point guard Cezar Guerrero by the Iowa men's basketball program.

Cezar came to Iowa City, he saw, he left. A little more than a week later, he gave a verbal commitment to Oklahoma State Monday night.

Maybe it was wrestling-related. Eric Guerrero was a three-time NCAA champion at Oklahoma State and now is an assistant coach for the Cowboys.

Probably not.
