Four GOP presidential hopefuls set to tailgate at Iowa-Iowa State game

DES MOINES - Four presidential candidates will join Iowa Republicans for a tailgate party prior to Saturday's college football rivalry game between Iowa and Iowa State.
Donald Trump, Scott Walker, Marco Rubio and Rand Paul are scheduled to appear at the event, which is being hosted by various Iowa Republican organizations.
All Republican presidential candidates have been invited, Republican Party of Iowa spokesman Charlie Szold said.
The event will feature food and drink and the the state party's 'Field of Dreams” poster featuring all the Republican presidential candidates.
Szold called the gathering 'a place for like-minded Republicans to get together and have fun.”
Iowa and Iowa State play at 3:45 p.m. Saturday at Jack Trice Stadium in Ames. The GOP tailgate party is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Lot S-7 in the stadium parking lot, immediately east of the stadium.
The event is being hosted jointly by the Republican Party of Iowa, the Boone and Story county parties, and the Iowa and Iowa State College Republicans.
