Coralville candidate forum canceled

The Coralville mayoral and City Council candidate forum that was to be held tonight (Tuesday) has been canceled because of a death in the family of one of the candidates.
The other candidates did not want to hold the forum without the candidate, according to a news release from forum sponsor the League of Women Voters of Johnson County
The group was not able to arrange a new date before the Nov. 8 election, according to the release.
The Iowa City Area Chamber of Commerce has a
Coralville forum scheduled for Oct. 24.
