Branstad to barnstorm Eastern Iowa March 6

Former Gov. Terry Branstad will take the Comeback Express RV to five Republican county conventions and legislative fundraiser Saturday.

He'll start at 9 a.m. at the Linn County GOP convention at the Cedar Rapids Marriott 1200 Collins Rd. NE, Cedar Rapids.

The rest of his scheduled is: 11 a.m., Black Hawk County GOP convention, National Cattle Congress, 257 Ainsborough Ave., Waterloo; 1:30 p.m., Dubuque County GOP convention, NICC Town Clock Plaza, Room 200, 680 Main St., Dubuque; 3:30 p.m., Scott County GOP convention, Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds, Expo Building, 2815 W. Locust St., Davenport; 5:15 p.m., Rep. Jeff Kaufmann legislative fundraiser, Tipton Senior Center, 111 Orange St., Tipton; 6:30 p.m., Cedar County GOP convention, Cedar County Courthouse, 400 Cedar St., Tipton.
