Russ Breazeale joined BankIowa as vice president of Business Banking. Breazeale was previously with Bank of The West.

Chris Mueller  joined F&M Bank as vice president to F&M Bank. Mueller, whose office will be at the 4000 First Ave. NE, Cedar Rapids, location was previously with BankIowa.

Angie Fuller was named director of development for Allen Foundation beginning July 1. Fuller is currently community outreach and development coordinator for the foundation and serves as senior administrative assistant.

Lorne Wazny joined McClure Engineering Co. in North Liberty as project manager in the Transportation Department. Wazny was previously with the Iowa DOT.

Kevin Bailey joined McClure Engineering Co. in North Liberty as project manager in the Transportation Department. Bailey was previously with the Pennsylvania DOT.

Dennis McAllister joined McClure Engineering Co. in North Liberty as project manager in the Water Environment Department. McAllister was previously with the Des Moines Water Works.

Tom Stovie  joined McClure Engineering Co. in North Liberty as project manager in the Transportation Department. Stovie was previously with Howard R. Green.

Mehran Rahbar joined ACT as the organization's chief operating officer. Rahbar comes to ACT from Continental Automotive in Auburn Hills, Mich., where he served as senior vice president of engine systems global operations. He will now lead and integrate ACT's Operations and Information Technology areas and oversee project management.
