Appointments

Dr. Matthew Aucutt (see photo) and Dr. Mark Pospisil (see photo) have joined the Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Center at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids. Both Aucutt and Pospisil will continue their emergency medicine practice at Mercy Medical Center.

Washington Street Wellness Center, 505 E. Washington St., Iowa City, announced Dr. Cody Scharf joined its staff of integrated medical professionals.

Rebecca Sullens (see photo) was hired as office manager of the Cedar Rapids Area Visitors & Convention Bureau. Sullens previously was an administrative assistant with Robert Half International in Cedar Rapids.

Promotions

SouthGate Companies of Iowa City promoted Terry Sill (see photo) to chief operating officer. Sill was previously chief financial officer.

Nancy Craig (see photo) was promoted to vice president of resource development at the United Way of East Central Iowa. Craig was previously manager of leadership development for United Way.

Heather Deeter (see photo) was promoted to sales support manager with the Cedar Rapids Area Convention & Visitors Bureau. Deeter most recently served as office manager.

Elections

Steven Neighbor (see photo), senior vice president and business development officer, was elected to the Farmers State Bank board of directors.

Marshall Petersen (see photo), president of Hawkeye Oil Co. in Cedar Rapids, was elected as secretary-treasurer of the Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Stores of Iowa board of directors. Petersen has been with Hawkeye Oil for 17 years.

The following officers have been elected to the 2012 Landlords of Linn County board of directors: Laura O'Leary, president; Garry Grimm, vice president; Kim Frederickson, secretary; Barb Kintzle, treasurer; Michele Formanek, director; Kim Gordon, director; Bob Mitchell, director; Bob Randklev, director; Dick Rehman, director; and Keith Smith, director.
