Frank N. Magid Associates in Marion announced two new staff members. David Greeley joined as managing director-practice leader. Greeley was previously president of the Chicago Fire Soccer Club. Bill Day joined as executive director for the Media Strategy Group. Day was director of national advertising for Gannett Corp.
Young Parents Network named Desmond Waters, Mercy Medical Center, to its board of directors. Named to its board of trustees were Julia Hawkins, MercyCare Community Physicians; Ron Pins, Wells Fargo; and Dan Thies, OPN Architects.
Four Oaks announced Diane Ramsey of Rockwell Collins as chairwoman of the board of directors. New members are Bill Courter, Courter Law; Joyce Gitch, Walmart; Alicia Murphy, Van Meter Industrial; and Ann Parmley, Pearson.
Affordable Housing Network Inc. in Cedar Rapids announced new members to the organization's board of directors: Sam Bergus, Shive-Hattery; Jerry McGrane, community volunteer; and Emily Meyer, Ryan Companies.
Neff Chiropractic in Cedar Rapids added Dr. Lindsey Luke as associate to its practice. Luke, a native of Central City, is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic.

The Cedar Rapids Fire Department announced Daniel Dall was promoted to battalion chief. Dall was formerly fire captain. Glen Heims was moved up to shift fire captain. Heims was previously shift firefighter.
Donald Krall was re-elected to the board of directors for Western Fraternal Life Association. Krall will be serving his third, four-year term as director, representing members in Iowa.
