Four Oaks appointed Bob Sheehan as vice president of residential treatment. Sheehan was CEO at Boys & Girls Home in Sioux City and will work out of the organization's campus in Mason City.

Howard Wolfe was re-elected president of Western Fraternal Life Association at its national convention.
Tim Sebetka, assistant vice president real estate loan manager at Collins Community Credit Union, was elected president-elect of the Iowa Mortgage Association. Sebetka will serve as president-elect in 2011-2012 and will serve as president starting in September 2012.
