TrueNorth buys Ankeny company
CEDAR RAPIDS - TrueNorth has purchased CSB Insurance Group of Ankeny, the Cedar Rapids insurance and financial strategies company announced Friday.
As part of the deal, TrueNorth will continue to have a presence in Community State Bank's Ankeny and Johnston offices.
TrueNorth, a privately held company, would not disclose terms of the sale.
CSB, started in 1999, sells personal and commercial lines of insurance.
'As we continue to grow our presence in the Greater Des Moines area, our partnership with CSB Insurance will not only add two new locations in the area, but great staff whom are committed to carrying out the great client service our customers have come to expect and rely on,” TrueNorth President CEO Duane Smith said in a prepared statement.
TrueNorth operates in 16 states.
