Richard Realty & Auction merges with North Dakota company

Richard Realty & Auction of Mount Pleasant has merged with Steffes Auctioneers of Fargo, North Dakota.
The merger will bring together 3 locations in Fargo, N.D., Litchfield, Minn. and Mt. Pleasant.
These locations will continue to offer traditional auction and real estate services, as well as extensive Internet and online auction activities.
Steffes Auctioneers was founded in 1960 by Robert Steffes. It is one of the nation's largest farm equipment and real estate auction companies.
Machinery consignment auctions at Richard Realty & Auction will be rebranded as AgIron Events. Additionally online only auction activity will be offered through the trademark IQBid.com
