A lot has changed in the workplace since 2019, and many things continue to evolve, especially due to additional challenges brought on by the pandemic.
To talk through many of these challenges — and opportunities — The Gazette’s final Business Breakfast panel of the year will be devoted to “Working Through Workplace Tangles for 2022.”
The conversation is set for 9 a.m. Tuesday.
Area workforce experts will talk about how to manage for change, accountability and productivity — from the office, at home or with a hybrid of both — as well for employees’ success, ongoing diversity, I.T. security and our managers’ own professional growth.
The Gazette’s panelists will be:
- Brandon Blankenship, SEC Midwest and ProCircular
- Terri Davis, Shuttleworth and Ingersoll
- Talinda Pettigrew, University of Iowa
- Samantha Rogers, Skywalk Group
- Becky Streff, ESP International.
Viewers can submit questions to panelists during the live, online discussion.
The conversation, moderated by Gazette business editor Michael Chevy Castranova, will be recorded and available for viewing later, too.
The event is free but registration is required at thegazette.com/businessbreakfast.
The Gazette Business Breakfast panel series is sponsored by BerganKDV, the business, financial and technology solutions company.
Community partners for the series are NewBoCo and Corridor Careers.
