Pancheros to open in Grimes
Coralville chain Pancheros Mexican Grille will open a new store in Grimes on Tuesday, its 25th location in Iowa.
The chain, founded by Rodney Anderson 25 years ago, has more than 70 restaurants in the United States.
'When I decided to open the first restaurant in Iowa City 25 years ago, I had high expectations for what this brand would become and the experience we would offer to our customers,” Anderson said.
'Seeing those expectations materialize and opening the 25th location in our home state, where Iowans have welcomed us with open arms since day one, is such an incredible milestone and one we are excited to share with the Grimes community.”
