Noodles & Company in Coralville is hosting an all-day benefit Tuesday, June 7, to support the Neighborhood Centers of Johnson County.
From open to close, 100 percent of restaurant sales will support scholarships for children to attend the “Good Neighbors Day Camp” this summer. There are currently two dozen kids on the waiting list hoping to attend the camp. The new restaurant is located at 2451 2nd St.
Noodles & Company is a fast-casual lunch or dinner destination that offers something for everyone from kids to adults. The global menu features three cuisines rolled in to one: Asian, Mediterranean and American, giving guests the option to try new flavors every day.
“We're excited to be hosting our first community benefit after opening in Coralville just a few weeks ago,” said Kevin Reddy, CEO and chairman of Noodles & Company. “We hope everyone will come join us on Tuesday for a delicious bowl of noodles, soup or salad or try one of our tasty sandwiches. They'll satisfy the whole family and will help a great cause.”
Noodles & Company has one restaurant in Davenport, Iowa and plans to open in Des Moines, Cedar Rapids and Ames later this year. The Coralville location is open Sunday - Wednesday 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Thursday - Saturday 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. Convenient carry-out, phone-in or fax-in orders are available.
