More ground being cleared for medical complex
Demolition crews leveled an old office building at the corner of Second Avenue and 10th Street SE Monday morning. The "860 building" had been the home of medical and professional offices in the past.
The demolition is part of the PCI clinic construction project.
The 860 building, a professional office building on 2nd Ave. SE, was toppled Monday, Nov. 7, 2011. The area is being redeveloped in conjunction with a $47 million medical mall complex being developed by Physicians Clinic of Iowa. (Dave DeWitte/The Gazette)
