NEW HIRES
Raymond Sickles (see photo) joined the Cedar Rapids office of Ruhl & Ruhl Realtors.
TrueNorth hired Josh Kane (see photo) as its customer service representative in TrueChoices. He previously was with Best Buy as a multichannel supervisor. Also hired was Myndee Walker (see photo) as account manager in risk management. Walker had been a licensed commercial account analyst with Dana Co.
Mount Mercy University hired Francesca Checka Leinwall (see photo) as dean of students. She was vice president for student affairs at the University of Pittsburgh in Titusville, Pa.
U.S. Bank hired Joseph Conway (see photo) as personal trust relationship manager and assistant vice president in the bank's personal trust department at the 222 Second Ave. SE location. He previously practiced law in Chicago. Dan Hillers (see photo), formerly with Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust, also started as mortgage loan originator in the bank's home mortgage lending department.
Allison Heffern (see photo) joined Shuttleworth & Ingersoll PLC as senior vice president.
Tara Minetos (see photo) started with Farmers State Bank as a trust officer in its trust management division. She previously worked for the law firm of Schumack Ryals in Fairfax, Va.

Jaye Kennedy (see photo) was named chief executive officer for Waypoint Services for Women, Children and Families in Cedar Rapids.
