A Veteran's Job and Resource Fair will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2011, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Iowa National Guard Armory Complex, 4540 Melrose Avenue, in Iowa City. The event is open to the public and will provide opportunities for all job seekers to meet with employers as well as veterans to speak with local service and resource providers.
Space is available for businesses looking for highly skilled, motivated candidates with strong leadership skills. A limited amount of tables are provided. Cost is $50 with pre-registration and prepayment required.
