I.C. chamber to host Ireland trip

The Iowa City Area Chamber of Commerce will host three informational sessions to share more about its trip to Ireland.
Two webinars are scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 15, at noon and 4 p.m. An in-person informational meeting will take place at 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 12, at the Iowa City Area Chamber of Commerce office, 325 E. Washington St., Iowa City.

Trip participants will visit Dublin, Killarney, Galway and Dunboyne. Sites and attractions include Dublin Chamber of Commerce, Blarney Castle & Woolen Mills, Cliffs of Moher, Galtee Mountains, Dingle Peninsula and Blasket Centre, Connemara and Guinness Storehouse.
This 9-day trip from March 21-29, 2012, includes round-trip airfare from Chicago, deluxe hotel accommodations with private facilities, full Irish breakfast daily, four table d'hote dinners, deluxe bus tours and entrance fees for tourist attractions and sightseeing for $2,250.
The trip is open to members of the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids chambers, friends and family and the general public.
