Holley's says no signed lease with Lindale Mall
The co-owner of a 47-year-old Cedar Rapids retailer says a new lease has not been signed with Lindale Mall.
'We are trying to work out a deal," Jim Holley of Holley's Shop for Men said Monday. "We would like to stay as close to where we are right now as we possibly can."
The mens apparel retailer's existing lease with Lindale Mall expires Jan. 31. Holley on Friday said Lindale was not renewing the lease, and mall officials said they believed an agreement had been reached on Nov. 21.
