Hiring interviews to be discussed at June 4 IowaWORKS panels

IowaWORKS will host an Employer Panel series on June 4 the hiring process.

Local employers will share information about their interview process, questions they commonly ask candidates, what they look for in a resume and the types of job opportunities they offer.

The first panel will be held in the Cedar Rapids IowaWORKS Center in Lindale Mall, 4444 1st Ave. NE Ste. 436, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. It will feature Pearson, Windmill Manor and Advance Services.

The second panel will be held in the Iowa City IowaWORKS Center in Eastdale Plaza, 1700 1st Ave., Ste. 11B, from 1:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. It will feature University of Iowa Hospital & Clinics, the Coralville Marriott and Windmill Manor.

IowaWORKS Center hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
