Hills Bank plans 2nd North Liberty location

NORTH LIBERTY -- Hills Bank and Trust Co. has broken ground for a new office on the northeast corner of Forevergreen Road and Highway 965 in North Liberty.
The 18,000-square-foot facility will house the bank's trust and wealth management department as well as offering a full service bank branch. The trust and wealth management unit is currently located in the Grand Rail development in Coralville.
The branch, which will be Hills Bank's second North Liberty location and 15th office in the Corridor, will have personal banking staff as well as drive-up banking, a drive-up ATM, safe deposit boxes, and a night depository. It is expected to open in early 2012.
