Iowa Governor Terry Branstad will speak at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Physicians' Clinic of Iowa Medical Pavilion at 4 p.m. Thursday in Cedar Rapids.

Physicians' Clinic of Iowa (PCI) will host a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Physicians' Clinic of Iowa Medical Pavilion in downtown Cedar Rapids. PCI doctors, staff and patients will attend, along with city and business leaders and Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad. The Medical Pavilion, the first-of-its-kind in Iowa, marks the first private investment in Cedar Rapids since the 2008 floods.
