Five Seasons parking ramp update

Beginning Monday, July 18, access to the Five Seasons parking ramp will be limited to monthly permit parkers only. This is a temporary measure that will be in place only until the new Parking Access Revenue Control System (PARCS) is installed in the fall of 2011. Once the new PARCS equipment is installed, the Five Seasons will be re-opened to daily parkers.

Daily parking in the Five Season ramp will still be made available during events. If an event is going on, monthly parkers are asked to show their access card upon entering or exiting the facility and to display their access cards on the dash boards to identify their vehicle as a monthly permitted parker.

Daily parkers can still utilize any available on-street metered space or the long-term meters located in the 4th Avenue and Ground Transportation Center (GTC) parking ramps.

Cedar Rapids Parking staff is happy to make arrangements for downtown businesses that use the Five Seasons parking ramp for hourly or daily parking. Arrangements can be made by calling 319-365-7275.
