First and First going up
First and First West, the $81.5 million development of city-owned land along the west side of the Cedar River, is making rapid progress. The 11-building project, visible from Interstate 380, will feature restaurants, a hotel, housing and Big Grove brewery, among other amenities. Work should be completed by 2030, city officials said.
