Tommy's West restaurant, heavily damaged by fire July 9 at the Edgewood Plaza shopping center in Cedar Rapids, may be cooking again someday.
Restaurant owner Jim Ashley wasn't immediately available for comment Wednesday, but a property manager for the shopping center said “the intention right now is to reopen.
“I can't give a time frame right now,” said John Viggers, vice president-property management at Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial, which manages the center.
