ESP International, an employee-owned Cedar Rapids business, has acquired Industrial Seal of Dallas, Texas, expanding its overall business and improving service to its existing customers throughout the southern United States.
Industrial Seal is a seal distribution business that has served industrial original equipment manufacturer markets and the oil and natural gas markets in the Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana region for more than 30 years.
ESP International, 5920 Dry Creek Lane NE, has served the industrial original equipment manufacturer markets for more than 45 years with application engineering, component design, seal expertise, contract assembly and logistic vendor- managed inventory services.
Jeff Hamilton, CEO of ESP International, said Industrial Seal will be a good fit for his company and its customers.
'The Industrial Seal team is passionate about the same thing we are and united by a common culture - a passion for innovating and a drive to deliver superior service,” Hamilton said.
In addition to its new Dallas location, ESP International has branches in Shenzhen, China, and Chennai, India. The company has grown dramatically from a distributor of O-rings, seals and gaskets to a global supplier of finished components for such customers as Deere & Co. and Rockwell Collins.
